At just 10 kilometres distance from Amsterdam and Hilversum, you will find Boerenhofstede De Overhorn - Bed & Breakfast. This beautifully renovated farm that dates from 1886 is hidden in a pastoral landscape.

The winterhouse of the farm is in use as the permanent residence of the Rol & Uilenbroek family. The summerhouse is completely restored and is now a luxurious Bed & Breakfast. There is a comfortable conference room on the ground floor as well.

On the farmyard and in the orchard you will encounter dogs, chickens, cats, horses and sheep. An ideal place for those who love nature: on the front side of the farm floats the river Vecht, on the backside the farm overlooks the beautiful national heritage of the Naadermeer (the Naarder-lake).

A great place for different scenic routes by foot, bike or boat. With a refreshing dive in the river Vecht or a tour by boat (there is a quay on the front side of the farm), you will soon get into the holiday mood!

The picturesque village of Weesp provides you with good restaurants, a nice shopping street and a cosy harbor. Also Naarden-Vesting (the fortress of Naarden) and the town Muiden with its beautiful castle are definitely worth a visit. Amsterdam Central Station is only 15 minutes away by train.
