Naardermeerroom:
This is a spacious room on the first floor of the summerhouse with a large double bed and two comfy seats. The room has got one large window and two smaller ones, which give you a good view on the Naardermeer. You will sleep under authentic arches and a wooden roof. In the room you will find a television, free internet facilities, books and magazines, fresh flowers and a nice, local treat!
The light and fresh bathroom that has got a shower, sink and toilet is situated in the hallway. This bathroom has to be shared with one other room.
In the morning you can enjoy breakfast at the large wooden table in the rustic central kitchen. On the message board you can write down at what time you want us to have your warm bread rolls and boiled egg ready for you.
In the hallway at the first floor of the summerhouse, you can find all the information you need to know about sightseeing, biking and hiking in the surroundings and nice places to eat.
Please inform us in advance whether you want to sleep under a double or two single quilts.

- If you only stay for one night, there is a small additional fee of € 7,50, -
- The room can be used as triple room as well. A triple room costs € 117,50 per night for 2 or more nights. For one night only, a triple room costs € 125,-
Dogs allowed?
Dogs are only allowed after consultation. On the Overhorn-farm we have to (female) guard dogs. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring a dog. The additional costs for a dog are € 5,- per extra night.
Free parking
You can park your car behind the gate that will be closed during evening and night (off course our guests can go in and out)
Check-in and check-out
Check in from 14.00 PM to 18.00 uur PM. Arrivals after office hours (18.00 PM) in consultation with the owner.
Check-out before 11.00 AM
You can check the availability fast and simple. We will reply as soon as possible. A definite reservation will always be confirmed by us by e-mail or post.
