We try to do everything at the Overhorn as sustainably as possible. That’s in the use of eco-washing products, outdoor drying lines and the use of many natural materials. For energy, too, we are constantly looking for better and cleaner. Not only do we use rainwater collected by us for our garden and flushing the toilets. We also have a heat pump to heat the house. We now have 78 solar panels and almost enough output to meet our demand for electricity. As an extension of this, we have also installed 2 charging stations for charging electric cars belonging to us and our guests. And hopefully this year the additional heat pump for the haystack, with a ground pulse for geothermal heat.

Of course, we also have charging facilities for the bike.
